Cast Iron TREE FORM Hitching Post

Highly prized form, made by the N.E. Butts Company of Providence, Rhode Island. The below grade portion was snapped off and has been repaired with cast iron as shown. The surface has been thoroughly cleaned and rust primer coated——- ready for your paint color choice. I have seen these in black, brown and dark spruce green. All would be stunning on this artifact of a high style time. Measures 67” overall (as they would have been) with the above-grade portion measuring 42”.
