State of Rhode Island, cast aluminum. I am informed that these were erected during the 1950-1960 time frame. 15”W x 28”H. The small plaque is 3” x 8-1/2”. The 2-1/2” diameter pole is 6’-6”L. It appears to have been broken off at ground level by external force (accident?)
