From a Massachusetts estate garden setting. An increasingly harder to source MATCHING PAIR of highly desirable PINWHEEL patterned Granite Millstones. They are both 48” diameter. The thicker stone is 14” and is a TEN as far as condition.The back side of the stone has an incredible chamfered circumference. It retains its original iron drive hardware. The thinner stone is 11” thick and has some back side loss. Both stones were just removed from their vertically, in ground, orientation as indicated by the staining, which will dissipate over time. I prefer to see them remain as a pair but will separate, as follows:
